This case takes the value co-creation of implementing the “Speedboat Project” as the core topic and discusses a knowledge sharing virtual community composed of volunteers. The members can freely participate in this virtual community, practically execute the cases of “matching and coaching activities”, and the teachers will match members’ resources, divide the members into groups to learn and cross the threshold of case writing, and help solve the problem of members who do not know how to write cases.
